Meet Kangeyo Sandrine, a resilient woman from Muyinga Province who faced a significant challenge that required her to travel to Bujumbura Marie for medical treatment, far from her home and family. She found herself alone, without any support, & was left abandoned on her hospital bed.
It was during this difficult time that she met the volunteers from Nacham Africa. They provided her with food and assisted with her medical expenses. She stayed in the hospital for 5 years.
After she recovered & was discharged, Nacham Africa gave a capital to start a business selling avocados.
Through perseverance & hard work, her business flourished, she’s now one of the suppliers for Nacham Africa’s nutrition program.
