“Strengthening Ties for Greater Impact: KBF Partners Meet at Nacham Africa”

On Friday, September 4, 2025, Nacham Africa had the honor of hosting a meeting bringing together the different partners of the King Baudoin Foundation in Burundi.

The session was opened by the executive director of Nacham Africa, Mr. Armand Ijimbere, who welcomed the guests. Subsequently, the representative of the King Baudouin Foundation , Mr. Emile Uwezowamungu, reiterated the main objective of this meeting, namely:

1. Strengthening collaboration among the partner organizations of the King Baudouin Foundation (KBF) in order to create a real network of mutual assistance and achieve more sustainable and effective results.

2. Sharing the priority themes on which the Foundation wishes partners to focus their efforts more, namely:
• Mental health,
• The environment,
• Digitalization,
• Vocational training and entrepreneurial education.

3. Presenting new collaboration and development opportunities.

During this meeting, each organization presented its work and achievements, highlighting its uniqueness. It was also a privileged moment to get to know each other better, exchange ideas, and explore collaboration opportunities.

These meetings, which will now take place every three months, aim to strengthen the ties between partners and put into practice the mission of the King Baudouin Foundation: “Acting together for a better society.”
