Located in the Bugendana commune of Gitega province, Mutoyi Hospital was founded in 1970 to provide healthcare to the population of Gitega and its surrounding areas. It was established at a time when access to healthcare was limited. Today, Mutoyi Hospital plays a crucial role in improving health in the face of socioeconomic challenges.
NACHAM AFRICA organized an awareness session on the promotion of mental health at Mutoyi Hospital. This session, which was attended by 504 beneficiaries, is part of Nacham Africa’s ongoing commitment to promote positivity among hospitalized patients and raise awareness among their families about the importance of seeking psychological care.
