“We had the opportunity to see how difficult it can be for a destitute patient to receive assistance. That is why we are deeply moved by what you are doing for patients in hospitals,” said Dr. Ronit Almog, gynecologist and head of the delegation of six other specialist doctors from Tel Aviv Medical Center, during their visit to NACHAM AFRICA.

The visit of these medical specialists to NACHAM AFRICA took place following a mission during which they provided free medical care to the population of GITEGA province and its surroundings at the UMUGIRANEZA Hospital in GIHETA.

The stop at NACHAM AFRICA allowed the medical delegation to gain first-hand insight into the organization’s activities and to discuss the challenges faced by vulnerable patients during hospitalization. For the delegation, it was not only an opportunity to witness the impact of the work carried out, but also to identify urgent needs for future humanitarian initiatives.

The visit of the delegation paved the way for new perspectives in the organization of joint humanitarian actions for the benefit of the most vulnerable patients in public hospitals.
